I developed a passion for baking at an early age from being covered head-to-toe in flour making Christmas cookies with my grandma. I love the creativity and freedom that comes with creating a dessert, and it drove me to further my career in baking. I went from home baker to professional by receiving a professional pastry arts diploma from the International Culinary Center. My time at ICC has sharpened and advanced my skills for a career in baking and pastry. My devotion to the pastry arts motivates me to create custom cakes and delicious pastries for everyone to enjoy
